Manufacturer blanket test is designed for manufacturers selling the same model paddle to multiple brands. Once the model is tested and approved the brand(s) only pay a small licencing fee for the model and the paddle does not need complete retesting.
The OEM must be a member in good standing and have a current valid annual membership.
Different models require additional testing. Similar models tested are charged the similar model testing fee.
2 paddles per model are required for testing.
